Activated Calcium Carbonate (ACC)

Activated Precision. Consistent Quality. Industry Focused.

Our Activated Calcium Carbonate (ACC) is engineered with surface modification technology to enhance compatibility, dispersion, and performance across a wide range of industrial applications. Treated with precise activation agents such as stearic acid, our ACC ensures improved bonding with polymers and other matrices, resulting in better mechanical properties, reduced moisture absorption, and smoother processing. With a strong focus on consistency, purity, and application-specific performance, our ACC is trusted by industries including plastics, rubber, paints, coatings, and sealants. Every batch is manufactured under strict quality controls to deliver a product that meets global standards and customer expectations.

With a deep focus on quality, consistency, and customization, our NCC enhances the mechanical, optical, and functional properties of end products. Whether used as a functional filler, reinforcement agent, or processing aid, our nano-grade calcium carbonate helps improve product strength, reduce raw material cost, and achieve surface smoothness and stability.

We offer surface-modified and uncoated variants to meet the diverse requirements of formulations in plastics, paints, rubber, adhesives, sealants, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and paper.

Our in-house R&D and laboratory capabilities allow us to tailor product specifications based on customer needs—ensuring compatibility with a wide range of matrices and compliance with international standards.

Chemical Composition of Activated Calcium Carbonate (ACC)

Activated Calcium Carbonate (ACC) produced by Hari Udhyog is derived from high-purity natural limestone and treated with surface modifiers such as stearic acid to enhance performance. It typically contains 96% to 98% calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), with minimal impurities like magnesium oxide (MgO), silica (SiO₂), iron oxide (Fe₂O₃), and alumina (Al₂O₃) all present in trace amounts.

Typical Chemical Composition:

Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃): 96% – 98%

Magnesium Oxide (MgO): ≤ 1.0%

Silica (SiO₂): ≤ 0.5%

Iron Oxide (Fe₂O₃): ≤ 0.1%
