Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)

Controlled Morphology. Superior Dispersion. Purity Perfected.

Our Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) is manufactured through a controlled chemical precipitation process, ensuring ultra-fine particle size, high purity, and excellent brightness. Engineered for demanding applications, PCC offers superior dispersion, high surface area, and tailored morphology that enhances opacity, smoothness, and bulk in final products. Its reactive surface improves bonding with polymers and other matrices, making it ideal for use in paints, paper, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Our PCC is available in various grades and surface treatments to suit specific industry needs, and is produced under stringent quality controls to ensure consistent performance. With its exceptional whiteness, purity, and functional versatility, Hari Udhyog’s PCC provides reliable value and performance across a wide range of high-end applications.

Key Features

Chemical Composition of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)

Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) produced by Hari Udhyog is synthesized through a controlled chemical reaction between calcium hydroxide and carbon dioxide, resulting in a highly pure and fine material. The primary component is calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), typically exceeding 99% purity, with trace levels of magnesium oxide (MgO), silica (SiO₂), and iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) generally present in concentrations below 0.5%. Due to its synthetic origin, PCC offers consistent particle size distribution, high whiteness, and minimal impurities.

Typical Chemical Composition:

Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃): ≥ 99.0%

Magnesium Oxide (MgO): ≤ 0.3%

Silica (SiO₂): ≤ 0.2%

Iron Oxide (Fe₂O₃): ≤ 0.05%
