Dolomite Powder

High Whiteness. Excellent Stability. Industrial Grade.

Our Dolomite Powder is processed from high-quality natural dolomite minerals and finely ground to ensure consistent particle size, purity, and performance. Composed of calcium magnesium carbonate (CaMg(CO₃)₂), it offers a unique balance of calcium and magnesium, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. With its high whiteness, low silica content, and excellent thermal stability, our Dolomite Powder is widely used in steel manufacturing, ceramics, glass, paints, rubber, and agriculture. It serves as a reliable filler, fluxing agent, and soil conditioner, enhancing both product performance and process efficiency. Manufactured under strict quality control, our dolomite ensures uniformity, chemical stability, and compatibility with diverse production systems.

With a deep focus on quality, consistency, and customization, our NCC enhances the mechanical, optical, and functional properties of end products. Whether used as a functional filler, reinforcement agent, or processing aid, our nano-grade calcium carbonate helps improve product strength, reduce raw material cost, and achieve surface smoothness and stability.

We offer surface-modified and uncoated variants to meet the diverse requirements of formulations in plastics, paints, rubber, adhesives, sealants, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and paper.

Our in-house R&D and laboratory capabilities allow us to tailor product specifications based on customer needs—ensuring compatibility with a wide range of matrices and compliance with international standards.

Chemical Composition of Dolomite Powder

Dolomite Powder is primarily composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) and magnesium carbonate (MgCO₃), typically in balanced proportions, providing both calcium and magnesium values essential for industrial applications. At Hari Udhyog, our dolomite features CaCO₃ content ranging from 48% to 54% and MgCO₃ from 34% to 38%, ensuring high mineral purity.

Typical Chemical Composition:

Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃): 48% – 54%

Magnesium Carbonate (MgCO₃): 34% – 38%

Silica (SiO₂): ≤ 1.0%

Iron Oxide (Fe₂O₃): ≤ 0.2%
